Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauces, and toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Requirements:
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
Note: Prior experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
